American Dental Association -- Samuel Harris Fund For Children's Dental Health Grants Program
The American Dental Association Foundation is accepting applications for its Samuel Harris Fund For Children’s Dental Health Grants Program. The purpose of the program is to improve and maintain children's oral health through community education programs. The main objective of the Samuel Harris Funds is to help children whose socio-economic status impacts their access to professional oral care and adversely affects their oral health habits.
Award amounts are up to $5,000. Eligible applicants are community-based, not-for-profit, oral health promotion programs in the United States and its territories. Examples of qualified programs include, but are not limited to, dental health education conducted at schools, health fairs and social agencies.
Deadline: July 17, 2007
