AlohaCare Hawaii - AlohaCare Community Conscience Award (Hawaii)

AlohaCare’s Community Conscience Award grant program is specifically intended to support Hawaii non-profit organizations working to improve the health of Hawaii’s communities. This grant program supports projects that focus on the prevention and/or treatment of childhood obesity, asthma or diabetes, or provide access to care for children and adolescents.

A total of $40,000 will be awarded through the AlohaCare Community Conscious Award grant program. Eight selected organizations will receive $5,000 each. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations or organizations with an equivalent tax exempt IRS status.

Deadline: April 30, 2009
