The Northern Virginia Community Foundation – 2009 Community Investment Grant (Northern Virginia)
The Northern Virginia Community Foundation serves the greater Northern Virginia area with the goal of improving the quality of life for all citizens. The Community Investment Grants provide capacity building and program support to non-profit organizations serving Northern Virginia. Past funding areas were provided for child and youth development, education, poverty relief, mental health and aging.
Grants of $2,500, $5,000 and $7,500 will be available to selected applicants. Eligible applicants include Northern Virginia 501(c)(3) organizations. Funding may be used to support, expand or enhance existing programs or to implement new programs.
Deadline: September 30, 2009
