Supreme Court Takes on Issue of School Drug Testing

Our district has been testing students in all extracurricular activities, grades 7-12, for the past 2 years. We see this program as a deterrant taking the pressure off of the student to say no and putting it on the school. While the first year, we had lots of parental concern this year there have been no comments. In talking with students, it's no big deal because of the way we have the system set up.
